Product is fantastic, sales enablement is the best i've seen, and management is full of talented and genuine people across the growth org. Quotas are aggressive, however, and you will need to work very hard to reach them but if you can, comp plans are among the best anywhere.

In my opinion the reason most people hit their goals is that if you fail to meet your goal in any given month, you’ll be placed on a Performance Improvement Plan.
