New comp plan, ROE, and territory changes combined with economic uncertainty with an expensive product have made it significantly more difficult to achieve quota than before. Prior to these changes there was a clear path to quota even with a subpar territory, but that is no longer the case.

Good company, they care about their people but it really just depends on what market you get into and what your territory looks like. If you are interviewing for a less affluent area, then do not take the job or you will regret it
