Toast has been an overall positive experience. As the market changes, it’s a bit concerning that the price of the product is becoming a larger obstacle and does not fit the needs of smaller businesses as much as it did in years past. Goals have also become higher and higher while inbound leads have continued to shrink (per rep) due to smaller territories as well as other competitors coming into the market who are undercutting our prices.

I’m relatively new to the org as an Emerging Markets - Spanish AE. It’s best to think of it as a start up department within a well-established sales org. There’s a ton of green space in EM which I love. And if you’re a go-getter with a hunter and challenger mentality I think this is a great role.
