It started out fantastic, the territory shift has made quota hard to hit. Management has shifted to micro and have you done for me lately mentality. If you aren't in a booming metro city, it will be tough to sell a premium product.

Good company, they care about their people but it really just depends on what market you get into and what your territory looks like. If you are interviewing for a less affluent area, then do not take the job or you will regret it
