Lack of any supporting eco-system for helping with sales, you rely on pure outbound. Legal agreements are a big challenge and often kill deals.
Therefore, for tenured sales people, this is a place where they can succeed since they have existing accounts. Pure new account hunters will have a hard time surviving beyond a year in current economic conditions.
