The sales managers are great and supportive, they're willing to offer advice and feedback constructively. Leadership is fickle. They change directions on the CEO's whim. Ability to earn commissions has potential if you stick it out with re-orgs, expectation and metric changes every 2-3 months and high turnover. Toptal is a dynamic sales oriented company with a very strong product market fit. Internal communication is superb and compensation is good. Very few people hit quota and mostly from the sales teams in USA. I never saw middle managers to disagree with higher managers and I never saw higher managers disagreeing with the board of directors.
