My overall experience was not good. There is a low incentive to grow in the company with the lack of an internal job board and only being hand selected if you had a good relationship with someone in management. I had a great relationship with management overall, but was able to see all of the red flags regarding growth, lack of compensation based on skill set and KPI’s

Good people. Product is average and market saturated. Willing to make adjustments to improve /keep up with market trends. Product is average and customer service is poor. Compensation is fair. Good place to develop new skills and get digital marketing experience.

The people were the only thing that kept me there longer than 6 months. Lowered quota and still nobody could hit it. Working out of a pool of “400k” “fresh” leads that have just been recycled through sales force because all the fresh leads get cherry picked by senior reps with different tech stacks.
