The people are nice, the product isn’t overly complex, but unless you’re on the senior or enterprise teams, don’t expect to make a lot of money The SMB team is where all of the hiring was directed towards and quota attainment at that level is very low

I won't lie to you - a select FEW reps who have spent the adequate time understanding the product, the technicals, the competition, and the pricing really excel, but it's about 4-6 people total who put in this effort.
