Trend has a great culture. The leaders make time to listen and support you. It’s a stable company with a good balance sheet. Trend has not figured out the US market though. Very few inbound leads (especially in the Enterprise segment) and Trend refuses to put more money into marketing. Pay is lower than top cybersecurity competitors.

Positive overall. Sales and Marketing lack structure. R&D focussed org. Marketing and Inbounds are non-existent. Very weak channel presence. Good products. Old boring company.
