Current Employee This is a very political company. If you can get "in" with a seasoned mentor early on you can survive on their overflow as you ramp. Your director also has an influence if you will succeed as they are responsible for distributing inbound lead flow. Many of the top reps are successful through broker referrals that are already spoken for. If you are not supported by your director or mentor you will not close deals here.
