My overall experience has been great. The training program is in depth, wonderful culture, and they invest in a number of leading sales tools.

Field roles are heavy grind roles. Lots of after office-hours networking events. Internal underwriting team clearly tries to kill reps deals instead of helping sell them in order to protect insurance premium rates.

There is a lot of opportunity to collaborate with your peers but the frustrating part is your pipeline is judged based on your primary opportunities, not what you brought to another rep to split.
