Great place if you can get leads. Changing company Benefits, HR tools and selling HR support is very difficult without their initial inbound interest or a referral. Also this product target market is for companies growing who lack internal HR support or who need top tier health benefits. With many layoffs industry wide in 2024 fewer companies are growing. Less Venture capital means less smaller companies in a growth phase are available to sell to.

Awful. Sales Consultants are SDR here. Insane turnover. No external hires are successful. Leadership has no idea how to run a successful organization.
