This is a very competitive envirionment and for "Hunters" in the Field Sales Consultant role. There is a ton to learn and you need to be professional, good at detail and adhear to playbooks if you want to be successful. The first 6 months are difficult but then gets easier. Great company. Can be unnecessarily difficult to get deals done. Not a ton of flexibility in certain scenarios. Excellent people work here and the comp is very solid.
