Constant changes, haven’t felt so unsure at an organization, but direct leadership is great, office culture is great, team culture is great. Potential to earn could be there but now they hiring more SDR, BDR’s for “specialty” products which makes it harder. Something will give, but that something doesn’t make me feel secure in my job. On the other hand if things do work out, it could be the most ideal work environment I’ve ever been in.

Terrible sales org. Do not ever, ever consider a role here if you're in sales. Entire leadership team is from SolarWinds; that company failed because of the inept leadership, and the CEO came to Tricentis and brought his entire team and playbook that failed at SolarWinds. Just go read some of the reviews on Glassdoor - avoid at all costs.
