Leadership talks about an infinite vision while simultaneously making decisions of a finite nature. CEO's only concern is to get us to a sale or public, and is making decisions at the detriment of the long term success of the organization and its people.

My overall experience was positive, however due to many reorganizations and not investing in people, products or support it became a weekly customer success nightmare.

CEO does not seem to understand the market. Growth through acquisition with little care for existing products. Acquired products have poor integrations with each other 4+ years in the portfolio.
