Current Employee Tricentis is a growing company and overall a good place to work. There are some growing pains that are understandable with a quickly expanding company that include regular sales org and territory changes multiple times a year. The strength of the product generally outweighs these growing pains and has strong differentiators against the competition. Lead flow is poor. Customer base is strong and continues to expand their Tricentis footprint in a big way. All front line managers I have worked with have been great. Remote roles have been changes to hybrid in office roles.
