Micro management, no real progression options. Leadership change strategy every two days . Commission structure is ramped based on quota progression, only when you reach more than 80% you start to see real payouts

CEO does not seem to understand the market. Growth through acquisition with little care for existing products. Acquired products have poor integrations with each other 4+ years in the portfolio.

They had a lot of changes in leadership and not for the better. The CEO is trying to change the whole model to his previous company which was more transational and hiring from his past company and the structure does not work for an Enterprise focused org. Decline in Competitive pay and culture.

Great regional management, but poor globally. Leadership position eroded by poor decisions and lack of investment. Feels like a downwards spiral for the company, and seems as though it is looking to be taken over.
