Current Employee As a seller, I've developed my skillset an incredible amount and have made a ton of money as a top rep. You definitely have to work your ass off since it's all outbound and leadership has high (and often unrealistic) standards. The product is top-notch, so it makes it easier to sell once you've done the outbound work (though you're up against a lot of competition in most deals).
The leadership here is not my favorite - and I've felt this since day 1. Lots of changes, don't know how to communicate properly, and don't take feedback from their reps. Definitely make you feel like a number and don't appreciate the Sales org as much as they say they do (actions don't match their words). My colleagues though, are great.
Overall - incredible learning opportunity with potential to make a lot of money if you are able to thrive in a high pressure environment and tune out the noise from top down. Browse Other Reviews
