The base for SDR roles is pretty low compared to other orgs, and compared to AE it's a massive gap percentage wise (only 35% of AE base). Is leadership doing anything to address this?

Is the AM role bonus variable also uncapped, similar to an AE role?

Does Tropic have plans in the near future to expand the team to EMEA?

I understand quota for a Senior AE is $1.8 million, but the average deal size is $70k. That average contract value to quota ratio is extremely low - is the job that much of a grind to where you're expected to just churn out transactional deal after transactional deal?
