Tough competition for a commoditized product (i.e. SMS). Minimal innovation in the Communications BU. Constant leadership changes.

It used to be a really nice and good compensation plan. But after some acquisition it changed and the leadership was not really clear about the direction. Other than that I had an amazing time at Twilio.
