Great product, top-notch sales team, strong internal support in sales organization, autonomy and big earning potential if an AE puts in the work. Struggles internally with constant changes in senior leadership, processes, GTM strategy and vision for future. Not uncommon for mature, merged organizations looking for the right recipe going forward.

My review is based before the layoffs in 2024, as I left the company in early 2023. Great compensation (base and variable), outstanding RSP and RSU program. That's where the positives end.
