Former Employee My review is based before the layoffs in 2024, as I left the company in early 2023. Great compensation (base and variable), outstanding RSP and RSU program. That's where the positives end.
The UKG way of selling is through luring prospects with freebies and swag. On day one, you receive a company card with a high limit, and you're encouraged to spend as much as you need to sell. Virtually zero inbounds, all AEs are expected to hit hard on the phones and invite prospects to these events.
Their leadership spreads (or brainwashes you) the culture of making so much money and achieving your material dreams above all things. Also, they have a strong meritocracy speech, but in reality, politics has a higher weight for your career growth. A couple of their reps who were in our team had never hit their numbers, but both were promoted to executive roles.
