Quota for midmarket which is tied to overall comp has been dropped 3 years straight from 1.6M in 2023, 1.3 in 2024 and 1.0M in 2025. No change in role, prospect count, territory indicating a lot. Since comp is tied to quota achievement, OTE is affected. Two platforms, and driving the smaller less complex platform upmarket… and an emphasis on resellers across the country.

Commission structure was excellent when I started but % payouts were cut each year to the point where the commission structure is no longer the competitive differentiator it once was.
