Current Employee3.0Jan 18, 2024Lots of great earning potential, but very high expectations. Quota is double the competition
Former Employee3.1Apr 19, 2024Not a pleasant experience for me. My hiring manager left on my first day and I just had a bad experience. I still believe there is opportunity there.

Former Employee2.6Sep 14, 2023The base compensation is higher to attract AE’s from UKG’s competition. The training and management was entirely subpar and upper leadership put all the pressure on new AE’s to perform under limited guidance. Inbound leads virtually non-existent and they rely on corny webinars and cheap sales tactics to secure meetings, often leading to wasted time for their AE’s.

Former Employee2.3Aug 18, 2025My initial experience of the Kronos organisation was positive, but the post-merger company deteriorated into a small-minded company, fixated on short-term thinking, run by second-rate managers. It quickly proved to be a nightmare. Would never recommend working there to anyone.
