Former Employee UKG has a real identity crisis. Post merger, they have no idea who they are as a company why they are different than the countless HCM companies in the space. There is no internal alignment on mission or goals. They hang their hat not the tagline "our purpose is people" but it's clear it's not. They add headcount and then have layoffs within 6 months. I believe this was a great organization at one time but what I experienced was not what was promised in the interview process. They are attempting to lead the AI charge but despite their product "Bryte" being the first thing on their website, it's not even a solution that can be shown or sold.
