Ukg spend lots of money on marketing and advertising now but that wasn't always the case. Lots of leads are not properly scrubbed and causes lots of unnecessary follow ups. Everyone is focused on CYA and hitting their metrics rather than simply finding legitimate opportunities. UKG really is a great company to work for. The sales environment and teams are fantastic. You have a clearly defined territory and there is no funny business with splitting deals or someone "getting leads" into it.
