Ukg spend lots of money on marketing and advertising now but that wasn't always the case. Lots of leads are not properly scrubbed and causes lots of unnecessary follow ups. Everyone is focused on CYA and hitting their metrics rather than simply finding legitimate opportunities. Everyone is hammered to get their leads converted and end up hounding and annoying their reps. Management just wants to make their number and will do anything to get there.

Good company overall. WFM (legacy Kronos), core HR and Payroll (legacy Ulti) products are solid but you will consistently lose to Workday if it's an HCM led engagement.
