UPS is one of those companies that everyone knows, and for good reason. They have been a great company for decades. Currently going through a lot of transformation trying to keep up with market changes. Everything from systems to pay structure is outdated. Senior level leaders hold onto their positions for years, which limits internal growth opportunities for younger talent. UPS will continue to be a force, but a lot needs to change to get us there.

Was a great company for many years. Hiring a CEO who had never touched a box was the biggest mistake the leadership team ever made. What was great has been dismantled.

Leadership was amazing, they really cared about professional development and investing in employees. Restructuring lead to the department loosing great leadership, at the moment there is uncertainty if the sales department is as it was before.
