Current Employee3.0Nov 30, 2024My overall experience was good for right out of college. Alot of work and easy to get burnt out because you do not have teams to help. Competition is high and customers do not see value. If you have a good boss, you can make it through. If you dont, you see alot of turnover.

Alot of competition from third parties and no inbound leads given to you, must find business from current accounts or on your own. Training is little to none and its very sink or swim but job stability.

Beginning from the raw materials and how they are shipped in if it’s a manufacturing industry, to the final product and all of those touch points in between.
