Avoid at all costs, company changes goals and priorities every 60 days and expects immediate results. All responsibility lies on the sales team, multiple product issues and competitive disadvantages and the executives/ middle management provide no strategy, main feedback from management is that we just need to get onsite and be friendly with our customers- no attempt to understand customer goals/ outcomes from leadership.
