Former Employee Worked in a senior sales role during UiPath’s downturn. Experienced a shift from collaboration to a culture of replacing people on a whim. Regional senior management prioritised optics over genuine performance improvement, leading to instability and poor treatment of experienced staff. Those same senior leaders were later replaced or managed out themselves. While globally HR often tried to do the right thing, the local HR leadership in ANZ was particularly toxic and also eventually performance managed out. A tragic demise for a once promising ‘rocket ship’ . A good organisation to give a wide berth. Browse Other Reviews
