After cuts at the end of 2024, the company runs pretty lean, which is causing some top talent to leave the org. While there is opportunity, the company needs to decide if they really want to invest in the Enterprise product.

Another quarterly earnings report means another round of layoffs at Upwork. Like clockwork, it happens every quarter. The only consistency is the CEO and it's beyond time for her to go. Front line sales leadership was amazing, but lessened as it went up the chain. Leadership training was available and well structured, and we had funds available for extra development and training.
