Former Employee2.6Jul 14, 2023The Upwork Enterprise solution cannot compete with the free version of Upwork, so it's a very tough sale. The free version does 85% of what clients care about, so getting them to go all in on an annual subscription fee along with higher % engagement fees is an uphill battle. Hardly any Enterprise AE's made quota last year, and it will not be better this year.

The market place is free to sign up and if your organization spends enough, they will receive the same customer support as an Enterprise customer.
