Salary and mix of remote/in office work is great. Current compensation plan doesn't reward the correct behaviours and results which has lead to many top performers leaving. PE acquisition has lead to a constant change of leadership and they are going through yet another change cycle of this again which makes consistency difficult.

My overall experience was good, except that we didn’t see any improvement in the product market fit limitation. That influenced the ability to hit the annual quota and create sustainable opportunities.
