Working at UserGems has been the most fulfilling role of my sales career. It’s not a bro-ey sales environment, and there’s no toxic competition. Every AE wants to hit their number and goes out of their way to help teammates do the same. It’s the most emotionally intelligent and sales intelligent team I’ve ever worked with.
Support goes well beyond sales. CS, ADRs, RevOps, Demand Gen, Marketing and even the C-suite regularly jump on calls, collaborate on deals, and consult pre-sale. It’s a highly aligned and cross-functional team from top to bottom.
We also use our own product and it works! Our AI agent (Gem-E) and Signals drive nearly 40% of our closed/won revenue through our ABM motion. Leadership is at the forefront of AI innovation, keeping the product competitive and exciting.
While base pay could be higher, the commission structure is generous. If you're coachable and motivated, you’ll earn well and grow quickly.
