Former Employee towards the end of VMWare's reign before Broadcom acquisition. Culture, leadership and ability to earn has gone down the drain. More cliques with SLT formed and company politics hit all time high. Only some selected reps which were part of the "club" were looked after with changing territories or support from the ecosystem. Current Employee It has been challenging since the BC acquisition to say the least
