Former Employee Leadership is solid. The career progression is sketchy at best without cliques and allegiances to managers and leadership. The product was rock-solid, until acquisitions sucked the soul out of the company. Not sure what innovation or thought leadership will come out of the holowed out husk of a once proud organization.
