Former Employee Truly the worst organization I've ever been apart of. Product was good, everything else about the company was a disaster. It was a Over-hire-and-fire model. Over hire reps into territories that have no chance, give them 4-6 months to sell a product that takes 10-16 months to sell....Axed people every quarter I was there. Misleading expectations from day 1, constant change of leadership direction, some sales leadership came from the SE side.. and it showed. A bit awkward and self-absorbed on prospect calls, didn't know how to close deals. Definitely talk to multiple reps to vet out the current situation before continuing the process or accepting a role.
