Former Employee I should have taken the glassdoor reviews more seriously! You will read many reviews that discuss micromanagement, toxic work environment, poor attitude from leadership and more. Believe what you read. You will encounter every one of these negative aspects should you choose to work for Varonis. Ask yourself if these are things you are able to endure. Do you want to worry that you can and will get fired for almost any reason at any time? Read the employment agreement thoroughly. When it says the company "can" do this or "can" do that, it isn't just protective language. The company will do all the things mentioned in the agreement including monitor activity on your personal device via the applications they install. Best of luck, my advise is to keep looking!
