Overall been a great experience at Varonis. They support their employees. I don’t think many reps hit their Quota but the ones that do make a ton of money. Great resources and enablement.

There are some fantastic team leads, but the overall management of the SDR org is obsessed with tracking activity, working in office, and dialing as much as possible. SDRs will be given PIPs if not hitting quota after the 3-month ramp period.
