The team, specifically leadership, was spread too thin and involved in every deal. This seemed to slow contracts down and killed momentum at times.

There is close onto zero engagement with the channel, no marketing department (everyone has left and hasn't been replaced), the BDR function are nice people but simply do not deliver results by way of meetings that actually lead to deals.
