Upper management has no idea what an actual day to day is. Middle management is stretched thin. Leads are not what they used to be, marketing is asking everyone else to do their job. With all the out sourcing going on there is no job security or stability. Used to be a great company, now it's washed up and most the culture in it's way to get to the public status.

My overall experience is good. Veeam is a great company work for, considering the name is well-known in the market. A great place to hone your Sales skills and develop.
