Leadership at this company needs a massive reality check. Unfortunately, we are currently in an employer's market. If you do well and overachieve your goal at this company, you are treated as a threat and your quota is effectively doubled. I would strongly recommend this company for someone looking for a new gig, because the product/market fit is excellent. However, don't expect to be rewarded for staying at the company and producing results.
