Personally I worked at Oracle, Salesforce before this and this was the best tech job I've ever had. Management was amazing, the only downside is towards the end they hired a new VP and it started really really sucking.

No real options for growth in Australia as a technical resource once you are in an SE role. All the product, R&D, alliance SE roles are in the US. This is just a result of being a US company.

Great company becoming too corperate. Has freedom, but has now the first flaws of micro management. A waste of talent as the new generation needs accountability instead of KPI paranoia.
