Great culture
Freedom in the work (as long as you hit quota or are in the top 20%)

Focusing to much on efforts vs. results
No proper sales training
I think the company is a great place to work in some regards and the talent here is incredible however they are underpaid, lack career progression, (other then a title nothing really changes) and higher ups keep referring to a bridge study where they take bits and pieces (selective reporting) to show we are competitive with salaries, commissions etc. based on companies like ours.
But when you look at the actual bridge study it tells a different story and when you approach them about it they say things like they are very different companies, based on different geo-locations etc.
