Alright, you need to make a bunch of calls as a sales rep anywhere. I would say this job is more soul draining than the last but the team I’m on makes it worth it. A lot of things are in you to figure out, overall I would give it a solid 3.5 stars. Not a bad company, just need to get internal processes figured out and help educate people a tad more.

My experience has been decent, ideal for an initial start as SDR/BDR. Things constantly change due to it being a growing company. Private equity may come and make some changes, not sure if they’ll be good or bad.

The product and service are truly pretty terrible. PrismHR as a back-end platform, even when Vensure acquired them, left A LOT to be desired.
