Horrible compensation plan that is too complicated to understand. The plan includes decelerators for the first 70% of my quota which is incredibly demotivating. Leadership is disconnected and most have not been a seller in decades. They push old school sales tactics. Sales has evolved and leadership has not evolved with it. They do not have good resources for the selling team and the company does not have a good GTM strategy. Quotas are unachievable and hardly anyone is hitting their number in Q4. Empty promises from leadership. They just laid off 20% of the workforce and announced a sale of the company. There is more pressure to perform than ever yet the company doesn't do anything to help you. Internal processes are the worst in the industry. If you join this company, you have been warned.

Veritas is a company with a good product, but poor culture and sales environment. Little to no supporting resources for sales teams and outdated marketing and methodology. Majority of reps will not hit quota, however, the accelerator structure can be lucrative if you manage to hit it. Overall, an underwhelming sales experience I would not recommend

Inside sales was a great place to get started. Then the company gutted it, field sales, and is scrambling to keep talent. The product is very limited with slow innovation. Federal and legacy customers are the only thing keeping it afloat.
