Current Employee3.1Aug 11, 2023Verizon is a good company with amazing benefits. Unfortunately the switch to a fixed, capped team commission has taken the competitive drive out of a lot of employees. Culture has been a big issue lately and has led to a lot of turnover and re organization within the company.

There a no rules or protocols followed when it comes to territories, opportunities, or duns. There are exceptions made to keep feeder accounts with specific people. Inbound leads are all but dry and the ordering process has left existing customers pissed. Difficult to upsell because orders are delayed and installations don’t move properly.
