Definitely a good place make some money however, the uncertainty of the company’s direction seems to have an effect on the culture and the overall outlook of the role. If you can get away from the water cooler talk you’ll be fine.

Verizon has experienced a lot of change, if it ever settles and leadership can begin to strengthen and develop great teams again it will be a great place to work. If not then you'll need to understand you are just a number and need to keep your head down and do the work.
