If not then you'll need to understand you are just a number and need to keep your head down and do the work.

While the benefits are great and it is a stable job from an employment aspect, they seem to consistently asking for more results while paying less

For example May of 2024, goal was $5400 for a compensation payout of $1330 and ability to multiply and make more for overachieving.
